At VapeClubHK, we offer fast, reliable, and discreet shipping across Hong Kong and selected international destinations. Our goal is to make sure you receive your order as quickly and safely as possible.
HONG KONG SHIPPING
We provide free same-day or next-day delivery on all orders over HK$500 placed before 3PM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Deliveries are handled by trusted local couriers (e.g., SF Express, Lalamove).
- All shipments require a signature on delivery and age verification (18+). Please have your HKID or valid photo ID ready upon delivery.
- No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
- VapeClubHK is not responsible for delays due to courier disruptions, bad weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES
- Orders must be placed before 3PM for same-day dispatch.
- In peak periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), please allow up to 1 extra business day for order processing.
- If you miss the delivery, couriers may attempt redelivery or require pickup from a nearby collection point.
- Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order to avoid failed deliveries.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to selected regions including Macau, Taiwan, and Singapore. Orders are dispatched with tracking and require adult signature upon delivery.

- Due to local import restrictions, we do not currently ship to Australia, the UK, or the EU.
- International orders may be subject to local customs or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- VapeClubHK is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

- We do not offer unattended deliveries or "leave at door" services.
